Cats
The Selkirk Rex is a cat breed developed in the United States. Exotic, Persian, and British Shorthair cats contributed to its development. Selkirks are distinguished by their curly coats, which make them resemble small sheep or teddy bears. These cats have a calm and friendly nature, enjoying human interaction and being the center of attention. They are generally healthy, with an average lifespan of about 15 years.
The Chausie is a hybrid breed created by crossing jungle cats with domestic cats. The name comes from the Latin name for the swamp lynx, Felis chaus. These cats possess the exotic appearance of predators and a good-natured disposition. Chausies quickly adapt to any living conditions, a trait they inherited from their wild ancestors. With proper care, they can live for about 20 years.
The Leonberger is a large, strong dog with a balanced character. Developed in the nineteenth century, the breed has undergone some modifications over time. Specifically, the silver-gray color was removed from the standard. Its natural sociability makes it a good companion.
Leonbergers require a fair amount of time and attention. Proper care determines their health and lifespan.
