It comes with a comb, which is supposed to remove the nits, but it's useless because they stick so tightly to the hair and are so small that they need to be removed by hand. The spray should be used twice, 5-7 days apart, but we used it a second time as a preventative measure because there were no lice left after the first application. After using Nuda, all the nits were empty and dry.
We thoroughly treated my hair and scalp and wrapped it in plastic. I left it there for about 40-45 minutes. Then I combed my hair to remove the dead lice (the spray comes with a comb). I washed it thoroughly with shampoo. My hair even became softer. Then I combed my hair every day with a comb, morning and evening. I didn't find anything alive.
