The size of some furry pets can evoke surprise and admiration. One such "giant" lives in Australia. He's a Maine Coon named Omar. He's considered the largest domestic cat in the world, and his photos are truly impressive.
Maine Coons are large cats. Some specimens of this breed reach 9–10 kg. But Omar outshines them all. He weighs 14 kg and is 120 cm long.
The animal's owner, Stephanie Hurst, acquired him as a tiny kitten. However, the little one grew rapidly and by the time he was a year old, he weighed 10 kg.
He wakes up at 5 am.
Omar eats high-quality dry food and specially processed kangaroo meat. But any animal is curious about what's on the table.
