They are very compact.
There are two varieties of the breed: the Pembroke and the Cardigan. Both are fairly compact and can live in a typical city apartment. They stand no more than 30 cm at the withers and weigh no more than 14 kg. Under good conditions, they can live 13-15 years, with some individuals reaching 18 years.

Moreover, these dogs don't require special winter clothing. Their fur is perfectly suited to cold climates, and your pet won't freeze.
The only thing required is regular walks, as these pets require exercise and active play. Representatives of this breed also require at least 5 km of jogging daily.
It's worth noting that corgis are big eaters, so don't overfeed them. Otherwise, they'll quickly gain weight, which can negatively impact their health.
They are indifferent to your slippers
Unlike other pets, Welsh Corgis are almost always indifferent to shoes and other household items. They won't damage furniture, slippers, curtains, or carpets.
A few rubber toys are enough for them to be happy. These dogs can be safely left home alone without fear of damage to their home. This is due to their even-tempered nature and instinctive understanding of situations. Moreover, these traits are evident in corgis even in puppyhood.
