An incredible act of kindness occurred in America, where Burger King officially provided a sick dog with a lifetime supply of food, absolutely free.
This story was shared on social media by dog owner Alec Karcher. He explained that his friend, Cody, was already ten years old when doctors diagnosed him with cancer. He was given no more than three months to live. Alec's family set a goal: to make Cody's final months the best of his life, no matter what. They decided to feed him a simple burger every day, free of additives harmful to dogs.
One day at Burger King, the cashier asked why Alec was ordering a plain burger, and he told her Cody's story. The cashier went to the manager for a few minutes and then informed Karcher that he no longer had to pay for those burgers, and Cody would be provided with them for free for the rest of his life. The story has since spread around the world, and everyone has thanked Burger King for their kindness.
