After a stressful day at work and the gloomy autumn weather, we all want to come home, relax, and forget all our troubles. And it's doubly pleasant to return to a place where a cheerful and restless pet is waiting. These 6 dog breeds are incredibly adorable and can dispel any autumn blues.
Basset Hound
At first glance, these sad-eyed dogs, who you just want to feel sorry for, may seem docile and phlegmatic, but stubbornness is in their blood, and sometimes their antics can drive even the calmest owner crazy.
But you can't stay angry with them for long—those huge floppy ears, wrinkled forehead, and drooping cheeks will melt anyone's heart. In fact, dogs of this breed are affectionate and loyal. They are perfect for life in a large family, and sometimes even make friends with other pets, as long as they aren't small rodents.
Basset Hounds are very gentle with children, never knocking them down or showing aggression. At the first call, they engage in lively, energetic games, and the sight of a Basset Hound running on its short legs with its ears flapping can make anyone laugh.
Bullets
These adorable little wavy-coated puppies, at 1.5 to 2 years of age, transform into a dog completely covered in long, matted hair, like dreadlocks. Her braids reach almost to the ground, are everywhere, and even cover her eyes, but this doesn't interfere with her excellent vision.
When a Puli is lying down, you might even mistake it for a mop, so similar is its coat to this cleaning tool. Therefore, a popular pastime among owners of this breed is to photograph the dog lying down with a stick against it. But the funniest thing is when a Puli runs and jumps, its long fur flying in all directions.
Pug
A stocky little dog with a broad muzzle, wrinkles on her forehead, and simply enormous, sad eyes. It's absolutely impossible to refuse her any request.
These cuties are quite popular among dog lovers these days. Their temperaments are calm and friendly. A "couch potato pug" can quickly change into a "hurricane pug," and then these sweet little creatures start scurrying around the apartment, inviting their owner to join in.
By the way, if there is no one else in the apartment except you and your dog, and you wake up at night and hear someone snoring, don’t be alarmed, it’s your pet snoring.
Due to the structure of their muzzle, pugs can make another unusual sound for dogs: grunting. This usually occurs during a long walk or when the pug has been out in the heat for too long. Then, their breathing quickens, and you can hear this funny sound.
Welsh Corgi
Dogs of this breed are incredibly adorable. Their expressive eyes can tell their owners literally everything. This dog's appearance seems to have stepped straight out of a good-natured cartoon. They are incredibly artistic – their faces can reflect almost the entire spectrum of emotions, from genuine surprise to universal joy.
Corgis are guardians and protectors by nature. They sleep next to their owners, and if they're not around, they stand vigil at the door. If their owners are upset, this loyal friend will always come running to comfort them.
Bedlington Terrier
This breed is one of the most unique in the world. At first glance, it's sometimes impossible to tell whether it's a dog or a cute little sheep. Long legs, a curly coat, balls of wool on the ears, even the shape of the head vaguely resembles that of a sheep.
One of the Bedlington Terriers' favorite pastimes is playing ball, and it's impossible not to smile as this long-legged creature scampers after it. But that's not enough, and the dog will try with all its might to involve its owner in its joyful pursuit.
Shih Tzu
The cute and unusual face of these dogs immediately attracts attention, as the hair on their nose grows upward. This looks very funny and unexpected. Puppies of this breed are very active, curious, and playful. And their absolute good nature is simply disconcerting. Dogs integrate so well into the family that they sometimes consider small children as their own, watching over and protecting them.
Don't spare love, effort, and time for your pets, and they will remain your faithful and devoted companions.
